The App collects the following information.
2.1 Account Information
- When signing in with an Apple ID (Sign in with Apple): Apple-provided user ID, email address (if the user chooses to hide their email, an Apple relay email address is provided), display name
- When signing in with a Google account: email address, display name, profile image URL
- When signing in anonymously: an anonymous user ID automatically generated by Firebase
2.2 Health-Related Data Entered by Users
- Meal records: food name, calories (kcal), protein (P), fat (F), carbohydrates (C) intake
- Workout records: exercise name, number of sets, weight, reps, estimated 1RM
- Sleep records: bedtime, wake time, sleep quality score
- Body weight and composition records: body weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, BMI, waist measurement
