These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) set forth the conditions for the use of the mobile application “BeinShape” (hereinafter referred to as “the App”) provided by Yuta Shibanuma (hereinafter referred to as “the Operator”). By downloading or using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 1 (Overview of the Service)
- The App is a personal fitness application that integrates management of meals, workouts, sleep, and body weight, and provides AI-powered advice and analysis.
- The App is a health management support tool and is not a medical application. The App does not provide medical treatment, medical diagnosis, therapy, nutritional guidance, or any other professional medical services.
Article 2 (Accounts)
- Users may use the App by authenticating with an Apple ID (Sign in with Apple), a Google account, or using anonymous authentication.
- Users are responsible for properly managing their account information and shall not allow third parties to use, lend, transfer, change the name of, or sell their accounts.
- The Operator shall not be liable for any damage incurred by the user due to insufficient management of account information or use by third parties.
Article 3 (Subscriptions and Payments)
- The App offers a free plan (Free) and paid plans (Standard, Premium).
- The pricing, features, and usage limits of paid plans shall be as displayed on the plan management screen within the App.
- Payment for paid plans is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Billing, auto-renewal, and cancellation conditions are subject to the terms of each store.
- Paid plans will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- Refunds after purchase are subject to the refund policies of each store. The Operator does not process refunds directly.
